How to Use
- Working on one finger at a time, apply a base liquid (sold separately) to clean and dry nails. While the base coat is still wet, dip nail into build powder (sold separately). Tap off excess and allow to dry.
- Apply a second layer of base coat and dip nail into colored powder. Repeat until getting your desired color. Allow to fully dry before Activator step.
- Apply Activator coat (sold separately) after base, builder and color are applied. Work on one nail at a time for best results. After Activator is fully dry, apply a layer of Top coat (sold separately) and allow to fully dry.
